Charlie Eadie is Chief Growth Officer at Demex. He brings more than 15 years of sales and leadership experience taking new products and services to market and driving growth for scaling technology organizations. Charlie began his career as a U.S. Army officer with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and after transitioning from the military, he moved into senior roles leading revenue acceleration, strategic partnerships, and organizational turnarounds across multiple high-growth companies.

At Demex, Charlie leads growth strategy and broker engagement across the insurance and reinsurance ecosystem. He played a central role in taking Demex from zero to one—building the early market, securing the company’s first commercial deals, and helping position Demex as a national leader in climate-risk solutions.

Charlie holds a B.S. with Honors in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he earned both the Truman Scholarship and the Marshall Scholarship. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics and an M.A. with Distinction from King’s College London.
